- You agree to provide safe access to the property and notify us of any hazards.
4) Materials & workmanship
We use materials suitable for the repair and follow applicable codes and manufacturer guidance. Any workmanship guarantee or warranty, if offered, will be described in your estimate or invoice and may be subject to conditions, exclusions, and maintenance requirements.
5) Limitations
- Repairs address the specific issue identified; unrelated pre-existing conditions are not covered.
- Weather and age can affect roofs; some issues may require replacement rather than repair.
- We are not responsible for consequential damages unless required by law.
6) Photos & documentation
With your permission, we may take photos before/after to document work performed and for quality assurance.
7) Cancellations

8) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.
